Report for May meeting 2019
Since the last meeting, it has been relatively quiet in terms of DAPC business. Contact was received from a local resident asking whether or not DAPC had made any decisions related to a draft concept plan thought to have been issued by Sanctuary in connection with a revised layout of houses at Broadway Farm.
It was made clear that DAPC had no decision-making ability on any such proposal but had consistently related to the developer of the parish's desires that had been accumulated following their public exhibition some time ago.

PLEASE NOTE - the next meeting has changed from 7th May to 14th May
Vote for Parish Council Members
Dear Down Ampney residents
This May brings an opportunity to vote, not only for a ward member of CDC, but also for your Parch Council members (7 in all) if more than 7 people come forward as nominees to join the committee.
It has been my privilege to be your PC chairman, since Mr Peter Sillett decided to stand down, overseeing the difficult and protracted negotiations between Sanctuary (Broadway Farm developers), CDC and ourselves. Similarly your PC has addressed the state of the playground and MUGA pitch whereby much was needed to be done to make it safe and usable.
