Down Ampney Gardening Club
Down Ampney Gardening Club is in its 33rd year. It is open to all residents in Down Ampney and the surrounding districts. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7.30 pm in the Down Ampney Village Hall and has a monthly speaker or social activity which includes visits to other gardens. Following the talk, you can buy a raffle ticket and enjoy refreshments.
The annual subscription for 2021 is £5 payable in January.
Entrance to club meetings is free to members and normally £2 (£5 when a social) for visitors.
The popular Annual Village Show is in September.
Take a look at our programme – we warmly welcome new members.
Regretfully we have had to cancel the meetings we had planned for January to May this year. We have also had to cancel Plant Sale which was due to have been held indoors in May although plants will be sold on a one to one basis with notifications of plants for sale made by email.
Monthly meetings will resume in September in the Dakota Room. We ask that attendees wear masks and anticipate that the room will be well ventilated.
